I bought this device off J&R on a purchase for regarding $180 last month. Its an honest cut price. consumers plz note that it's professionals and cons counting on what you are looking for:

Cons first:

- it's a resistive bit screen, not capacitive. implies that it's designed to figure with a stylus (included) and not your finger like an iPhone. The screen doesn't respond well to finger or nails bit. you cannot scroll down pages smoothly, it selects & clicks page things after you wish it to scroll, and doesn't choose things after you wish it to despite repeated clicks.

- Battery is usually dead whenever you choose it up next day to use it, despite turning off the screen with single power off click. essentially the standby mode doesn't power cycle off and drains the battery dead. therefore anytime you are done using it, keep in mind to manually shut it off.

- Cannot install Android MarketPlace on this, unless you recognize a way to flash custom ROM's and root into it. There are of us who have done this on an Archos devices, however not nonetheless on a NextBook, or no publicly accessible custom ROMs nonetheless for this baby.
